Job Description
You will provide primary support for the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMS LANT) Program Objective Memorandum (POM) IT baseline requirements for telecommunications and other operation requirements.
You will act as the primary point of contact to NCTAMS LANT department and installations to collect IT requirements for development of POM budget data worksheets.
You will analyst POM requirements data, ensuring no duplication and identification of synergies in order to meet needs with minimal use of resources.
You will maintain all POM worksheets, related budget data records, and other files as required.
You will initiate, evaluate and execute the necessary actions required for management and procurement of telecommunications services, network equipment and mission support facilities.
You will be responsible for the development of IT Procurement Requests (ITPRs) and related cost estimates for telecommunication services, software, hardware and network equipment.
