FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Duties
You will research and analyze various errors from the official accounting system as well as all error reports for non-labor transactions from the COST system.
You will support all data calls from the Budget Submitting Office (BSO) and all FIAR audit requests and FIAR efforts.
You will research, modify, and post obligations into an official accounting system such as Standard Accounting, Budgeting, Reporting System (SABRS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP).
You will process current year outgoing funding documents by keying required accounting information into the shipyard COST system.
You will ensure the accounting transactions are recorded correctly in the official accounting system. Process current year cancellations and rejections in both the COST system and official accounting system.
You will perform other duties as assigned.
