Full-Time Teller / Member Service Representative - Grafton, WI

Starting pay is $19.15 - $21.40 per hour , and no previous banking experience is required. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, cash handling, or sales who are looking to grow their career in financial services.

As a Teller / Member Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service, assisting with daily transactions, answering questions, and recommending products and services to support their financial needs. Position Overview

The Teller/Member Service Representative provides personalized financial service by assisting members with transactions, resolving questions, and building strong relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, delivering excellent customer service, and developing skills in retail banking and member relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to members in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account inquiries, and other banking transactions accurately.
• Handle cash transactions while maintaining accuracy and security.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Educate members on credit union products, digital banking tools, and financial solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support branch goals related to service excellence and member satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or cash-handling experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Basic math skills and comfort using technology.
• Ability to work accurately, learn quickly, and contribute as part of a team.
