Responsibilities Exceed financial goals using available tools and identify additional tools as needed to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Create business opportunities through curiosity and by leveraging the Marketing team and industry-leading tools. Sell products and services by developing deep and meaningful relationships using a proven Sales Process with internal resources and partners. Maintain relationships with clients to honor the 100% Customer Retention target while bringing new opportunities to existing customers through the Customer Business Review process. Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities and competitors. Use data from industry-leading tools like Salesforce Lightning to manage your pipeline and grow your business and brand year over year. Continually learn professionally and personally by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, building networks, benchmarking practices, participating in professional societies, giving back to the community and completing vision and goals exercises. Contribute to team effort by engaging positively and helping the team reach professional and personal goals.
