Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations within a school environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language challenges
• Consult with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to facilitate student progress
• Document evaluations, progress reports, and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Actively participate in team meetings and IEP conferences
