Accounting Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Coordinator to support daily financial operations and accounts payable, and ensure accurate data entry. Key Responsibilities: Maintain digital financial records orderly and post journal entries to the general ledger. Coordinate between various internal departments (finance, marketing, operations, etc.) and external stakeholders (consultants, government agencies, auditors) to ensure seamless implementation. Resolve vendor inquiries professionally. Support the accounting department in financial reporting and month-end processes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, 2+ years of experience in accounting, Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) #J-18808-Ljbffr Mavi North America
