A long standing, mission driven nonprofit Community Mental Health Center with nearly 50 years of service is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full time LOCUMS assignment. This role offers 100% telepsych flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to serve a diverse, underserved population.

Setting: Outpatient Community Mental Health Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week

Hours of Operation:

• Mon Thurs: 8:00a 7:00p

• Fri: 8:00a 5:00p

• Sat: 9:00a 1:00p (optional)

Flexibility: Build your own schedule within operating hours Start: ASAP upon credentialing Location: Upstate NY (remote, onsite, or hybrid)

Population: Lifespan

• 60% adults

• 40% children & adolescents

Services:

• Medication management

• Psychiatric evaluations

Volume:

• 2 5 initial evaluations per week

• Majority follow up visits

Support:

• Extensive intake team handling pre screening and case preparation

• Dedicated collaboration time with psychiatrists and fellow providers

• Structured onboarding with reduced caseload

• Independent Contractor (1099)

• Competitive hourly rate

• No call; no weekends required (optional Saturday hours available)

• Active New York PMHNP license

• NY State Medicaid registration

• Telepsychiatry experience preferred

• Comfortable treating adults and youth
