Our client, a well-established local Farm/Ranch Land Real Estate company, is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. This is an immediate opening with a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. Pay and schedule: $18.00/hour , Monday–Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What you’ll do:

• Professionally greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner
• Perform accurate data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
• Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other office documents
• Monitor email communications and provide general administrative support
• Maintain office supplies and ensure reception and common areas remain organized
• Support office staff and management with daily administrative tasks
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic office software
• Accurate data-entry skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or medical office experience
• Background in agriculture a plus
• Experience writing brochures, articles, etc.
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screening
