Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the future of financial services. Top performers in this role can earn up to $62,240 per year in total compensation, including bonus. Base pay starts at $17.50 to $23.00 per hour depending on skills and experience, and our bonus program lets you earn up to an additional $1,200 every month based on your individual and team performance.

In This Role

In This Role, You Will Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets, driving volume and conversion through proactive customer outreach and follow-up Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the full loan lifecycle while recommending tailored financial solutions Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1-30 days past due) through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers to resolve past-due balances through payment arrangements, extensions, or other approved solutions. Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a performance-driven sales environment
• Ability to handle cash payments
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation
• Bilingual in Spanish/English

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree

Work Schedule

This is an on-site role serving customers in person and by phone. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays and late evenings may be required based on business needs.
