Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress towards therapeutic goals, assess stability, and manage transitions towards discharge when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and review personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring that each plan promotes person-centered care.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress diligently, keeping accurate and timely records in compliance with organizational standards.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients' needs and identify immediate therapeutic pathways.
• Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client throughout the week, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Participate in individual supervision and peer support to ensure continued professional development and reflective practice.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare providers to deliver integrated care solutions that address clients' comprehensive needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Inner Peace, you will be working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Your role will involve providing therapeutic interventions to both adults and children, with a strong emphasis on client-centered care that respects each individual's unique circumstances and needs.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• At least three years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating success in providing therapy and counseling services.
• Proficiency in computer software including Excel, management systems, and email platforms, with an ability to navigate electronic health record systems efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Direct experience providing psychotherapy to both individual and familial clients.
• Comfort and competency in performing intake assessments effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
