Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, establishing a comprehensive picture of their challenges and strengths.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to each client’s unique goals, integrating evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring that a holistic approach is applied to each client’s care.
• Educate clients' families about mental health issues, encouraging active participation in the recovery process and enhancing support systems around the client.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in adherence to HIPAA and ethical guidelines, contributing to effective case management and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your cultural competence will be essential in addressing the unique needs of each client, which may include individuals from varying socio-economic backgrounds, ethnicities, and age groups. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation and expertise in the field.
• Possess licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in Washington State (LMHC) or eligibility for licensure.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for various mental health disorders.

• Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on collaboration and effective teamwork.

Preferred Experience

• A competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
