This full-time position allows for remote work, providing flexibility while delivering crucial mental health services to a diverse patient population. Work Environment

Our outpatient office offers a supportive work environment that utilizes remote frameworks for flexibility and efficiency. As a member of our team, you will use state-of-the-art telehealth tools alongside traditional therapeutic methods. You will have access to a comprehensive electronic medical record (EMR) system that simplifies documentation, allowing you to focus on patient care and minimize paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations for adult and child clients presenting with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Document all patient interactions and therapeutic efforts in accordance with established medical and legal standards, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical records.
• Provide effective crisis intervention services, utilizing your expertise to manage acute stress and emergencies as they arise.
• Engage in ongoing case management responsibilities, facilitating referrals to additional providers and resources as necessary to support client care.
• Maintain regular communication with patients and their families, ensuring they are engaged and informed about treatment goals and progress.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and contribute to collaborative treatment strategies.
• Perform additional duties as required to enhance patient care and support the mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a wide-ranging patient demographic, including individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will require sensitivity and adaptability to diverse backgrounds and needs, fostering an inclusive environment for both individual and group therapy settings.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited program in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work (e.g., MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• A valid and independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Strong analytical skills to quickly and accurately assess mental health conditions, develop effective treatment plans, and measure progress over time.
• Proficient in using technology for telehealth services, including electronic medical records and remote therapy platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience in a residential or outpatient mental health setting.
• Experience conducting group therapy and providing family therapy services.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes for mental health services.
• Knowledge of integrated care models and their application in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits
