Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s mental health status and unique needs, collecting relevant histories and symptoms.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that support each client's individual goals, ensuring a focus on their well-being and desired outcomes.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with adult clients using evidence-based practices, solution-focused methodologies, and therapeutic techniques aimed at creating positive behavioral changes.
• Provide crisis intervention services when warranted, utilizing your expertise to address urgent mental health needs with empathy and immediacy.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities to remain apprised of best practices within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve include adults from various backgrounds seeking support for a range of mental health concerns. All clients are pre-screened to ensure stability, allowing counselors to work effectively without the added pressures of high-acuity cases. Your role will primarily focus on fostering resilience and guiding clients toward personal empowerment through connection and tailored support.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to forge strong connections with clients while maintaining professionalism.
• Demonstrated compassion and empathy are critical, as is the ability to adopt a non-judgmental approach in supporting clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a clinical environment is highly favorable, particularly working with adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
