Inside Sales Representative - Home Services (Part-Time) Pest Hunters & Humbug Holiday Lighting Clarksville, TN | Hybrid Position (In-Office + Remote) Outbound Calling Required This position involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers throughout the day. Successful candidates must be comfortable speaking on the phone, building rapport, overcoming objections, and helping customers take the next step. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can help us convert more leads into customers while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Position Overview The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for following up on leads, scheduling appointments, closing pest control services over the phone, re-engaging past customers, and helping our team maximize every opportunity. This is a revenue-generating position that plays a critical role in the growth of our company. Hybrid Work Environment This is a hybrid position. Some in-office time will be required for training, team meetings, collaboration, and ongoing business activities. However, much of the outbound calling and follow-up work can be performed remotely. Responsibilities Contact new leads quickly after they inquire Follow up on web leads, Yelp leads, and marketing-generated leads Qualify prospects and answer questions Schedule in-home consultations for lighting projects Quote and close residential pest services over the phone Follow up on unsold estimates Re-engage former customers and past prospects Confirm appointments and support customer communications Help generate online reviews and referrals Maintain accurate notes and updates within company systems What Success Looks Like You will be measured on: Leads contacted Outbound call activity Appointments booked Appointment show rate Pest services sold Revenue generated Customer satisfaction Qualifications Preferred Experience Inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, call center, or home services experience Comfortable making outbound calls Strong verbal communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using CRM and business software Bonus Qualifications Pest control experience Home services experience GoHighLevel, ServiceMinder, or CRM experience Outbound sales experience Compensation Competitive hourly pay Performance-based bonuses Commission opportunities Flexible scheduling Schedule Part-Time Approximately 15-25 hours per week Typical hours between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM Monday through Friday Additional hours may be available based on business needs and performance Why Join Our Team?
