This contract opportunity spans from November 1st to May 27th, 2027, providing services across multiple schools for students ages 3 to 22. Be ready to adapt, as caseloads and school sites may shift to provide coverage for OTs on leave. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active OT license required
• Previous school-based OT or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, including those with various disabilities
• Flexibility to move between different school sites as staffing needs evolve
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Skilled in creating individualized treatment plans and documenting progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions to students ages 3–22 in onsite educational settings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and functional goals
• Adjust to changing caseloads and school site assignments as OTs transition in and out of leave
• Assess student needs, set measurable goals, and track progress
• Provide consultation and training to staff regarding occupational therapy strategies and accommodations
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all documentation and compliance requirements
