This position helps support the daily functions of a county equipment office by maintaining records, completing reports, and preparing required documents. Your work will help keep information organized and tasks completed as needed. As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will perform the following duties:

• Record Management: Maintain fuel and oil records, monthly fuel reports, and data entries in SAP and related systems
• Equipment Support: Complete accident packets, assist with equipment documentation, and process preventative maintenance tasks
• Office Filing: Organize and file records for the Equipment Office, including required forms and reports
• Correspondence Preparation: Prepare letters, forms, and reports based on drafts or general instructions
• Inventory Tracking: Manage wex card orders, updates, and inactive inventory lists

Full-time employment. Work hours are 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108.00 (before taxes). Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
