District Manager, Oncology Solid Tumor GU

Johnson & Johnson

Johnson & Johnson seeks a District Manager for oncology solid tumor genitourinary sales in Arizona and New Mexico. This field-based leadership role oversees sales execution, team performance, and commercial strategy for a portfolio of approved oncology medicines.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute customer-focused district strategy aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes
Drive district sales performance across genitourinary portfolio (ERLEADA, INXLEXZO, BALVERSA)
Supervise and develop sales specialists through hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Provide field-based and virtual coaching to strengthen team selling effectiveness and clinical execution
Analyze district performance and market dynamics to identify gaps and convert insights into actionable priorities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's or MBA preferred
Six or more years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sales and commercial experience
Valid driver's license from a U.S. state
Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend travel
Cross-functional collaboration and team leadership experience
Coaching and performance management capabilities
Strategic planning and data-driven decision-making skills
