Your Impact

As a Sales Professional at Enhanced Benefits LLC, you will own the full sales cycle, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our insurance products and client needs. You will be empowered to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close deals, all through effective phone and video communication. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, a commitment to exceeding targets, and the ability to represent our company with professionalism and expertise.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct outreach to potential clients via phone and video conferencing.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our insurance solutions, tailoring your message to individual prospect needs.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage and nurture your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
• Address client inquiries and overcome objections with confidence and clarity.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients through virtual communication channels.
• Skill in managing a sales pipeline from initial contact through to deal closure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely across phone, video, and email.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
• Resilience and a proactive mindset in pursuing sales opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based compensation structure. Successful Sales Professionals can expect to earn between $50,000 and $125,000 annually, with uncapped opportunities for growth based on performance.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, in-office position.
