Safety Manager
MV Transportation
MV Transportation is seeking a Safety Manager to champion a safety-first culture across our paratransit, fixed-route, shuttle, and student transportation operations. In this role, you will oversee safety programs, conduct audits and risk assessments, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and client requirements. You will design and deliver safety training for drivers and staff, track safety performance metrics, and partner with operations leaders to prevent accidents and injuries. This position is field-focused, engaging directly with frontline teams to reinforce best practices and support safe, reliable mobility for the communities we serve.
