We are interested in candidates who possess some or all of the following position specific competencies:
High School diploma or the equivalent
AND
Six months of experience performing a variety of office clerical assignments of average difficulty. Substitution:
Completion of post-secondary course work from an accredited institution will substitute for the required experience. (3 semester or 4 quarter hours of college course work is equivalent to 1 month. 150 of classroom hours of vocational technical education is equivalent to 1 month of experience)
Loan Closer/Processor 2- Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or the equivalent
AND
Six months of experience in lending, banking, real estate, title insurance or a closely related field. OR
High School diploma or the equivalent
AND
The completion of the training program for Loan Closer/Processors at the Division of Investments will substitute for the education and experience requirements. Substitution:
College course work in business, finance, economics, public administration or a closely related field will substitute for the required experience on the basis of 1 semester hour or 1.3 quarters hours is equivalent to 1 month. Special Note:
High School equivalent includes G.E.D. or completion of any basic adult education course of 480 class hours (16 weeks at 30 hours per week), or six months of work experience performing duties related to document processing or twelve months of work experience involving some routine tasks related to office or clerical support or highest grade of school completed plus amount of work experience which totals 12 years.
