Medical Scribe: Real-Time EHR in Primary Care (Hybrid)

Advocare LLC in Edison, NJ is seeking a reliable Medical Scribe to work closely with physicians and the clinical team in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This full-time hybrid role requires accurate real-time documentation in eCW, strong medical terminology, and excellent English communication. You will document HPI, ROS, exam findings, assessment and plan, manage charts for visits, and coordinate with the team to maintain HIPAA compliance and timely charting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Advocare LLC
