Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional orthopedic physical therapy services to patients, working closely to assess their needs, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based practices and the latest rehabilitation techniques to optimize patient recovery and improve overall physical health.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and document findings effectively, adhering to medical protocols and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including surgeons, primary care physicians, and other therapists to coordinate patient care and share insights that enhance treatment strategies.
• Educate patients and their families regarding injury prevention, prescribed therapeutic exercises, and effective self-management strategies to promote long-term recovery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and attend regular staff meetings to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapists work with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors, all presenting with various orthopedic conditions. You will address unique challenges such as post-surgical recovery, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management, ensuring personalized attention for each individual to achieve the best rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment methodologies, particularly in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct patient care in a physical therapy setting.
