Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional abilities to identify specific needs and create personalized treatment plans that align with rehabilitation goals.
• Employ a variety of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to enhance mobility and alleviate pain effectively.
• Guide patients through tailored therapeutic exercise programs, carefully monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to optimize recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, effective home exercise programs, and preventive strategies to promote long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment interventions in adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and fellow therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.

Compensation and Benefits
