Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' orthopedic conditions, including physical examinations and reviewing medical history to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that reflect patient needs, rehabilitation goals, and expected outcomes.
• Utilize specialized techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote healing and restore function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring a responsive approach to rehabilitation.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide cohesive and holistic care to each patient.
• Educate patients and their families on self-care strategies, injury prevention, and the importance of adherence to therapy protocols.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using our electronic health record system, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adult and elderly patients suffering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and age-related musculoskeletal disorders. Your expertise will help guide patients through their recovery journey, enabling them to reclaim their mobility and return to daily activities with confidence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Proficient understanding of orthopedic assessment and rehabilitation techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Specialization in orthopedic rehabilitation or completion of advanced training or certifications in orthopedic physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package with an annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
