Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Achilles Sports Medicine, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to treat a diverse patient demographic, addressing various orthopedic concerns, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Communicate with patients and caregivers to educate them on treatment processes, aiding their understanding and involvement in their recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring alignment with mandated care plans and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.

• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
