Work Environment

Located in the heart of Plainfield, New Jersey, our outpatient office is designed to provide a welcoming and therapeutic environment for patients. As part of our onsite team, you will work alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a modern facility equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technology. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and determine their rehabilitation needs by utilizing comprehensive evaluation techniques.
• Create detailed and personalized treatment plans that address individual goals, incorporating a variety of evidence-based modalities and therapeutic exercises.
• Implement therapies that aim to enhance mobility and physical function, focusing on reducing pain and improving quality of life while minimizing reliance on medication.
• Design and lead personalized fitness and wellness programs that promote overall health and well-being, emphasizing strength, flexibility, and balance.
• Engage with patients throughout their recovery process to provide support, encouragement, and education about their treatment and progress.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress, maintaining open communication to ensure effective rehabilitation.

The patients you will serve at Comprehensive Pain Management and Spine Care encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
