Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement hands-on therapy techniques, guiding patients through targeted exercises and therapeutic modalities to enhance physical function.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies to ensure continuity of care and support recovery outside the clinic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to exchange insights and enhance the overall quality of care provided.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment modifications, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines and clinic protocols.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices, participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to assist patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Patients may present with conditions such as arthritis, tendonitis, ligament injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation needs. As a Physical Therapist, you will be instrumental in guiding them through their rehabilitation journey, customizing strategies to foster independence and functional improvement.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program is required.
• Possession of an active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• 3 years of relevant clinical experience, encompassing internship or residency training, and professional practice in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Strong foundational knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, particularly in relation to orthopedic conditions.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and modalities to address pain relief and functional limitations.

Preferred Experience

• A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred, though candidates with equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
