Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy treatments tailored to prevent disabilities, reduce pain levels, and enhance muscle function based on the individualized treatment plan.
• Guide and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure adherence to patient care plans, maintaining the highest standard of therapeutic quality.
• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations of clients' functional abilities, developing actionable insights for effective rehabilitation.
• Assess patients' home environments and recommend modifications that foster independence and safety during recovery.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, exercise regimens, and modalities such as traction and massage.
• Monitor and adjust the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices as necessary, providing recommendations for enhancements.
• Engage in the establishment and reevaluation of comprehensive care plans, documenting clinical progress and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in case conferences to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment planning.
• Educate clients and families on the effective use of therapy devices and equipment, empowering them with knowledge for self-care.
