Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including the assessment of patient history, functional abilities, and performance metrics to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver educational support by clearly explaining evaluation results and treatment options to patients and their families, ensuring they are involved in goal-setting.
• Implement treatment protocols tailored to patient needs, adjusting based on ongoing assessments and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
• Monitor and document patient progress diligently, preparing thorough notes and reports that drive patient care decisions and provide insights into clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
