Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Devise personalized treatment plans using a variety of evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Implement fitness and wellness programs tailored to the unique requirements of patients, focusing on strength, flexibility, coordination, and mobility enhancements.
• Monitor patient progress consistently and make modifications to treatment plans as necessary based on outcomes and patient feedback.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Motivate and educate patients regarding their conditions, treatment protocols, and the importance of adherence to therapy for optimal recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary focus will be on patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Your expertise will allow you to work closely with individuals who aim to regain their mobility and independence after injuries, surgeries, or debilitating conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
