Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive physical therapy programs aimed at rehabilitation and recovery for our orthopedic patients.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques effectively to alleviate patients' pain, enhance mobility, and restore function.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on observed results and patient feedback.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care services as per industry standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and other healthcare providers to deliver holistic care and treatments that consider all aspects of patient health.
• Engage in peer discussions with insurance companies when necessary to advocate for patient care and address concerns.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.
