Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional orthopedic physical therapy services tailored to individual patient needs through careful evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation techniques and modalities to maximize patient recovery, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and mobility training.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants and technicians, ensuring adherence to professional standards and promoting effective task completion.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that support each patient's journey toward independence and improved quality of life.
• Document patient progress meticulously and communicate findings effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active state licensure or certification in physical therapy is a must.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is necessary.
• Knowledge of current best practices and methodologies in orthopedic rehabilitation is essential.
• Effective communication skills are critical for successful interactions with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
