Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality orthopedic physical therapy treatments while adhering to established rules and professional standards.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating recovery.
• Utilize various orthopedic techniques and tools, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians to ensure compliance with treatment protocols and quality of care.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and effectively using electronic health record systems.
• Engage in regular consultations with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. This includes working with individuals across all age groups, from adolescents to older adults. You may also have the opportunity to provide specialized pediatric care, depending on your expertise and role within our facility. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with significant knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Active state licensure or certification in physical therapy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment methodologies in orthopedic settings.

Preferred Experience

• CPR certification is preferred and will be a valuable asset in ensuring patient safety.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
