This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, designed to facilitate diverse rehabilitation treatments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, determining their physical rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment programs focusing on orthopedic conditions while utilizing evidence-based practices to maximize patient outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions, ensuring personalized care, progress tracking, and adjustments as needed.
• Provide mentorship to support staff, sharing knowledge of effective treatment strategies in orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine domains.
• Foster a collaborative approach by engaging with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Facilitate patient education and support, assisting patients and their families in understanding therapy goals and encouraging active participation in their recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet utilization goals and business objectives, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the center.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a diverse client base ranging from young active individuals to older adults requiring orthopedic rehabilitation. You will treat a variety of conditions—ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management—tailoring your techniques to each patient's unique needs. Your role impacts not only the physical health of patients but also their emotional well-being as they navigate their recovery paths.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, specifically in orthopedic settings.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective interactions with patients, their families, and team members.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a rehabilitation center, particularly in treating orthopedic injuries or conditions is highly desirable. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, outpatient clinic workflows, and outcome measurement tools is a plus. Compensation and Benefits

The Musculoskeletal Health Care Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include but are not limited to:
