Key Responsibilities

In your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement physical therapy interventions, utilizing modalities and exercises designed to restore function and relieve pain.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress, modifying treatment plans when necessary to optimize recovery.
• Engage in regular communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers to update on patient progress and address any concerns.

• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to maximize patient outcomes through evidence-based care and innovative treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients, providing specialized rehabilitation for conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• A strong desire to connect with and support patients through their recovery processes.

Preferred Experience

Although not required, the ideal candidate may have:

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a physical therapist.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, particularly in orthopedic and sports medicine settings.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The compensation package includes
