Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized and evidence-based physical therapy care to patients, addressing their specific rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients to determine their individual treatment plans.
• Develop comprehensive rehabilitation programs that combine various treatment modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Implement progressive exercise regimens tailored to foster recovery and enhance patient mobility.
• Advocate for non-surgical interventions where appropriate, focusing on cost-effective strategies to minimize reliance on medications.
• Maintain meticulous patient documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards, utilizing EMR software to track treatment progress.
• Regularly monitor and assess patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
