Core Balance Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a committed and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Roselle, New Jersey. Work Environment

This role is situated within our outpatient therapy office, where you will collaborate closely with a supportive team that includes two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). The work environment is patient-centric, promoting teamwork and innovation. The clinic is operational Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a positive impact on our patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and rehabilitation goals to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring dedicated attention and care to maximize rehabilitation effectiveness.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques and methodologies to enhance patient mobility and functional abilities.
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options, motivating them throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Document each patient's treatment progress, evaluating outcomes and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and other specialists, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Promote wellness by instructing patients in fitness programs tailored to their individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Core Balance Physical Therapy, we primarily serve individuals covered by private medical insurance who seek relief from orthopedic-related issues. Our patients include those recovering from sports injuries, surgical procedures, or chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with diverse clients, tailoring treatment strategies to meet their unique health journeys and empowering them to achieve their physical goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing comprehensive exercise routines.
• Familiarity with EMR software, such as WebPT, ensuring efficient documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Experience implementing and customizing wellness and rehabilitation programs for diverse populations.
• A proven track record of achieving positive patient outcomes through innovative therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
