Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions through comprehensive history taking and clinical examinations, collaborating with our team to understand each patient's medical history thoroughly.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address specific orthopedic conditions, taking into consideration patients' goals and lifestyle factors that could impact their recovery.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to optimize recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in patient status or feedback during therapy sessions.
• Provide patient and family education regarding injury prevention strategies, effective home exercise programs, and post-rehabilitation care aimed at sustaining long-term functional improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse group of patients ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults managing post-surgical rehabilitation or chronic orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.

Compensation and Benefits
