Director, IT Service Delivery and Enterprise Applications

Relay Therapeutics

Director-level position overseeing IT service delivery operations and enterprise applications support for a life-science organization. Reports to Head of IT and serves as primary liaison between IT and G&A business functions including Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day IT service delivery operations and serve as primary escalation contact for support matters
Lead on-site support team contractors and coordinate with remote service desk and external partners
Oversee Microsoft 365 environment operations, endpoint management, and related enterprise technologies
Manage SOX compliance processes, resource onboarding/offboarding, and eDiscovery initiatives
Partner with G&A business functions to optimize enterprise applications including Boomi platform and Microsoft tools

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, System Administration, or equivalent experience
10+ years IT leadership experience in service delivery, service desk management, or end-user support
Experience managing on-site and remote support teams in user-facing environments
Experience leading implementation of new systems and business processes
Background in regulated, compliance-driven, or security-conscious environments
Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management practices
