Surgical Unit Coordinator - Patient Flow & Admin Lead

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Unit Coordinator for Ellison 7, a fast-paced 36-bed adult inpatient trauma/surgical unit on Charles Street in Boston. The role supports clinicians, manages patient flow, and coordinates admissions, discharges and transfers. The position involves 40 hours weekly with rotating 12- and 8-hour shifts, onsite responsibilities, and duties in a high-stakes environment.
