Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $112,000 per year.Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze operational and financial data to identify trends and provide meaningful business insights.Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering information and developing financial projections.Prepare management reports and executive summaries that highlight financial performance and key metrics.Assist with regulatory reporting investor materials and other financial communications.Perform ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling to support strategic decision making.RequirementsA Bachelor degree in accounting finance or a related field.2+ years of experience in financial analysis accounting or a related discipline.Demonstrate knowledge of financial statements accounting principles and internal control concepts.Possess advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and organize complex financial data.Use Microsoft Office applications effectively with experience in financial systems considered beneficial.QualificationsApply strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to evaluate business performance and financial trends.Communicate complex financial information clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.Maintain excellent organizational skills while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all reporting activities.Bring real estate industry experience professional certification or knowledge of specialized financial software considered beneficial.
