Maintenance Tech

Job Description The Maintenance Tech is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and safety of residential building systems through preventive maintenance and timely repairs. Working independently, this role involves servicing a variety of mixed systems and maintaining facility upkeep with occasional local travel during day shifts. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on residential building systems Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures Manage inventory of maintenance tools and supplies Maintain clean and functional facility environments Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Maintain and service tools and equipment Conduct system testing to diagnose issues Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of maintenance experience High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques Familiarity with safety procedures Strong communication skills Company Description High Desert Housing provides affordable, supportive housing for people with disabilities and those exiting homelessness across New Mexico. #J-18808-Ljbffr High Desert Housing
