Business Insights Analyst - Safety

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered. Foundational experience analyzing data through coursework, internships, projects, or early-career work experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and basic data cleaning. Basic understanding of business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, and performance metrics. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, professionalism, and willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team. Success Measures

Delivers accurate, timely, and useful insights that support better business decisions. Identifies meaningful opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, customer experience, or business outcomes. Builds credibility as a trusted, responsive, and solutions-oriented business partner.
