Exciting Opportunity for ER RN (Critical Care) - Nights!

Job Description:


- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- Patient Ratio: 4:1
- Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years (prefer travel experience)
- Charting System: Cerner
- Required Certifications:
- BLS
- PALS
- ACLS
- CPI
- NIHSS
- TNCC
- Weekend Rotation: Yes (6.5 shifts)
- Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
- Daily Census: 185
- Interdisciplinary Support Team: Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Transportation, Unit Secretary

Key Skills:
- Arterial line management
- BiPAP/CPAP management
- Blood Product Administration
- Care of Ventilated Patients
- Central line care/management
- Continuous IV sedation
- Stroke and Trauma Management
- Triage and Phlebotomy
- Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring

Important Details:
- Submittal Requirements:
- Must have 1+ years of hospital-based acute care experience
- Accepting pending TX license and multi-state licenses
- Must disclose any prior legal actions
- High Spanish-speaking population; translator staff available

- Non-billable (4-8 hours spent pre-start)
- Recorded by facility report
