DESCRIPTION Join Our Team as a Tim Hortons Supervisor! Sign-on Bonus Available for candidates with the prior Tim Hortons experience! (Some restrictions apply-ask for details.) Are you a motivational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? At Tim Hortons , we're looking for passionate individuals to guide and inspire our team while ensuring top-tier guest service and smooth daily operations. Your Role as a Supervisor:
- Lead and motivate Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and build strong team relationships.
- Train and develop Team Members to maintain high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Support the General Manager in running a fast-paced, successful restaurant.
- Standing & walking for extended periods .
- Lifting/carrying up to 20 kg (45 lbs) as needed.
- Assisting with large deliveries up to twice a week.
- Transitioning between cold (freezer) & hot (oven) environments .
- Thriving under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions .
- Education - Secondary (high) school graduation
- Experience - Minimum 3-year experience in the quick-service restaurant industry
- Computer Skills - Point of Sale System, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Customer service mindset
- Servsafe Required.
