Accounting Clerk

In this role, you’ll serve as the essential financial bridge between global supply partners and our core accounting team. You’ll take ownership of high-volume transaction settlements, ensuring every account is balanced with total precision. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting where your analytical skills directly impact the bottom line and keep business moving forward.

salary: $25 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Process up to 70 invoices a week
Accrue missing / late arriving expenses 
Enter lot expenses into software
Calculate commissions revenue for each lot
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Other ad hoc tasks as needed
