Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | 16-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on Medical Surgical and Telemetry units as part of a float pool assignment
• Float to any Med Surg/Telemetry unit or ER Telemetry Holding area (Med Surg/Tele patients only) as needed
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience
• Candidates must be fully aware of and comfortable with float pool assignment expectations, including floating to multiple units

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
• Experience with ER Telemetry Holding or similar fast-paced acute care settings
• Strong adaptability and ability to quickly acclimate to varying unit cultures and workflows
