Sales Operations Analyst

Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Warsaw, IN/West Chester, PA
Contract Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: $35/hr on W2 (no benefits)
Job will support the US commercial business for Joint Reconstruction & VELYS Enabling Technology
Key Responsibilitie
- Collect contract closure/renewal information & maintain the “Closed & Install” tracker as well as the 2026 VELYS Leadership tracker
- Track closed deals, install dates, instrument deployment
- Maintain accurate fleet lists for VRAS, VHN, UKA with accurate ISO information
- Develop monthly sales leaderboard communications (Winner’s Circle Communication
- Aggregate monthly leadership insights report with overview of the VELYS US business (State of VELYS Monthly Report Out
- Maintain UCN traceability crosswalk for capital fleet (VRAS & VELYS Hu
- Transpose upcoming funnel deals into instrument/capital deployment tracker (managed by supply chain value stream team
- Maintain ET Team (VELYS) Events Calendar
- Schedule ET trainings & coordinate agenda/speakers with ET team lea
- Developing suggestions for work automation/dashboard development from manual tracking activities
