Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room/Circulating - Full-Time Days

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse, responsible for providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care within an interdisciplinary team. Perform comprehensive nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices. Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, incorporating cultural awareness and patient involvement. Coordinate care through effective communication, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare team members. Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote evidence-based nursing practices. Mentor and serve as preceptor to other nurses and staff, fostering professional development and a healthy work environment. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics. Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and system-wide safety and quality goals. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred). Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact). Current BLS certification. Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience. Skills Proficiency in English, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Technologically adept with basic computer skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and emergency situations.
