Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room Circulator

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of the interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical environment. Responsibilities Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing evidence-based practice and critical thinking. Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and goals. Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making. Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a respectful environment. Participate in performance improvement, research activities, and shared governance to enhance patient outcomes. Support professional development by completing competency assessments, mentoring, and serving as a preceptor. Promote evidence-based practice, research, and adherence to organizational policies and safety standards. Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum and contribute to protocol development. Utilize resources efficiently and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience; OR circulating experience in the OR strongly preferred.
